What We Collect
We collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- Your name, institution name and type, role (optional), email, phone number (optional) and message (optional).
To help us keep the form free of spam, your IP address is briefly used for rate limiting and for the verification check described below.
How We Use It
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Service Providers
- Cloudflare Turnstile helps us confirm that a form is submitted by a person. It may process technical information from your browser for that purpose. Cloudflare also hosts this website.
- Our email provider delivers your message to our team.
Some of these providers may process information outside India.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact page is operated by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.
Pearson MePro
Students use Pearson MePro under Pearson’s own privacy terms. This website does not collect student learning data. Our website and Pearson’s platform are separate.
Children
This website is meant for institution staff and is not directed at children.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and then delete them.
Your Rights and Complaints
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing info@eshkonedu.com with the subject “Data request”. We will reply within 30 days, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
